Akazukin Chacha

Akazukin Chacha (Little Red Riding Hood Chacha) is a very cute anime about a little girl named Chacha who goes to magic school with her friends. It's based on a Ribbon manga series. Unlike the manga, the TV anime-version has Chacha doing a transformation sequence to become Magical Princess Holy-up, but that's probably my least favorite part. There's also a 3-part OVA series that is incredibly cute!
I don't actually have any cels of Chacha yet, but that's because I haven't found one that I really like.
